The Les Carrasses range feature a smooth elegant Syrah, a zesty unoaked Chardonnay and a dry but fruity Pinot Noir Rosé.  IGP Coteaux d'Enseruene.

Our flagship La Serre wines are vinified from specially selected fruit of exceptional quailty with most of the production sold from the cellar door or directly in our restaurants.  The white is an elegant and sophisticated blend of Grenache blanc, Vermentino, Marsanne and Viognier while the red is a smooth and supple assemblage of Syrah and Grenache  aged in oak barrels for 11 months.  AOP (Appellation d'Origine Protégée) Languedoc

In production since the Roman era, Château St Pierre de Serjac was a quintessential sleeping giant estate for much of the twentieth century.  The renaissance began in 2014 with a state of the art wine and chai opening in 2016.

The first vintages of the new era were bottled in 2017.  Our red is a single varietal Syrah (Shiraz) bursting with ripe red fruit with characteristic Syrah notes of pepper and liquorice.  The white is a crisp and lively Chardonnay, fresh citrus predominant with quince, honey and spice notes.  Our rosé is a sunny blend of Pinot Noir and Grenache with abundant raspberry and cherry flavours.  IGP (Indication Géographique Protégée) Languedoc.

An icon of La Clape since the 14th century. we acquired Château Capitoul in 2011.  Since then the estate has undergone a complete overhaul with significant investment in both vines and cellar, producing award winning wines fully expressive of our exceptional terroir.

Vinified from the ancestral varietals of La Clape - Syrah, Grenache and Mouvedre for the reds, Bourboulenc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache for the whites, vinified in small batches in inert vats, barrel aged in French oak: wines highly expressive of this exceptional terroir; elegant, subtle and powerful.

Our mixed cases represent the most common case of combinations guests take home with them - an opportunity to recreate the feeling of those lazy days on the terrace beneath the Mediterranean sun or to sample our wines for the first time.
