St Pierre de Serjac - Rosé 2018

This Rosé boasts a lucious pink colour.  The nose offers raspberries and cherries, the mouth is rich and gives nice balance between well-matured acidity and freshness.  Great with tapas, pizza or on its own.

Terroir and Vinification

The grapes are harvested at night to ensure that they remain as cool as possible to retain there delicate aromas.  After de-stemming they are gently pressed in a pneumatic press. Alcohol fermentation lasts for a minimum of two weeks at around 16°.  The final blending takes place in December.
